 Product Introduction: 

ITO FILM, short for Indium Tin Oxide Film, is a transparent conductive film that plays a crucial role in modern touch-enabled devices. In self-ordering kiosks used by chain restaurants, ITO FILM has several key applications: 

• Touch functionality: ITO FILM is a core component of touch screens, allowing customers to interact directly with the screen for ordering.The sheet resistance of ITO FILM used in restaurant self-ordering kiosks is required to be between 100-300 Ω/sq.This range ensures good conductivity while not consuming excessive energy. 
• Light Transmittance:The requirement is usually above 83%, preferably reaching 90% or higher.High transmittance ensures the brightness and clarity of the display are not affected.
• Abrasion Resistance:Due to frequent use, ITO FILM needs excellent abrasion resistance. Our ITO Film can withstand over 100,000 touch operations without performance degradation.

Features: great thermal stability, low warpage, high dimensional stability, and low resistance/optical variation.

The crystallization of ITO films is crucial for their performance, as commercially available ITO thin films are typically sold in an uncrystallized state and require annealing treatment by the buyer. The in-house annealing equipment used for this process enhances the stability of resistance values in ITO films. This treatment reduces resistivity by eliminating fine grains, which decreases grain boundaries and increases the density of the ITO metal layer. Additionally, annealing helps to remove defects in the crystal grains and releases stored energy, resulting in a more stable crystal plane texture in the ITO film.
